The weekly meditation and
energy management class provides simple tools to
utilize in all areas of
life. Each week the tools are reviewed and new areas of life are
explored in working with the chakras, the aura and your healing
energy.
Simple practical tools
to help you become aware of your own energy. Learn to
stay centered and grounded and bring more awareness to the subtle
realms.
