Blended by Myra for each individual’s needs based on a consultation with her in person or by phone.  The herbs are available in pill form and in a loose powder form that may be taken with water or put into capsules. Organically grown, these herbs work on the subtle body in order to restore you to your natural balance on all levels.

Plants offer us revitalization of the nervous system and hence our clarity. The benefits of the plants come not only from ingesting them, but from our conscious connection with all that they have to offer from the sun, earth, and all of nature. This energy supports us in our connection to our innermost self. Ayurvedic herbs are a vehicle to engage the cosmic healing power as our own life force. They are a form of food for the physical and subtle bodies.

The herbs I use are grown with conscious, organic, and sustainable methods and preparations.

Ayurvedic self massage with oils (abhyanga) is recommended daily or as often as possible. It is relaxing, energizing, nurturing, and nourishing for the body, mind, and soul. It can be as short as 5 minutes and 20-30 minutes is quite nice. The massage is best done in the morning and will support an even energy level throughout the day. Some of the benefits of regular self oil massage include calmness, clarity of mind, balanced emotions, enhanced circulation, and radiant skin. It helps keep joints nourished and lubricated, and slows the aging process. The soothing touch and warm oil pacifies Vata and promotes restful sleep. Choose a body oil that is best for you. Realize that your skin is "eating" whatever you put on it, so only use body products that would be clean and healthy choices to put in your mouth. Using an oil infused with nourishing Ayurvedic herbs allows you to enhance the effects of the oils dramatically.
