Offered twice
each year, this is an experience structured for
profound personal growth. In retreat, you will experience an
inward journey to your Self and expand your embrace of Yoga and
Ayurveda as a way of life. The safety and consistency of the
environment encourages trying new ways of being. This setting
provides an opportunity to learn more about who you are and
where you are going, with consistent support and guidance. You
will be encouraged to develop new ways of relating to yourself,
others, the earth, food and eating.
During retreat you will have an opportunity to work closely with
Myra to enhance and deepen your practices.
"Every
thought and act can be transformed into Sadhana (spiritual
practice), can become a tool for our awakening...Relax, listen,
watch, and the whole world shall become your teacher. The more
we give ourselves to Spirit, the more our life becomes
transformed, becomes centered, becomes enough." ~ John

Testimonials:
"The intensive was
the absolute very best thing I ever did for myself in my
entire life. There was never a time during the week that I did
not feel held and nurtured. The food was fabulous and the
environment perfect for the growth that I allowed myself to
experience. I am happier then I have ever been in my life with
my body now and I am living the joy. I never once thought about
voicemail or email and that was my biggest fear going in. It was such a place growth and letting go."
"My experience was definitely life changing, I realize I know
very little, yet so much about myself. At the intensive,
Myra's compassionate assistance supported a great space for me
to journey inward. I laughed, cried, screamed, and
rejoiced all in a week of being with me and my creator. Also the
thing that really stood out for me or helped me is ...." no
compartmentalizing your life, it is all one unit..." (or
something along those lines) it really touched me. Thank you
again Myra and I will see you (at the next intensive)."
"I am grateful to
have attended the intensive workshop. It was the best thing I
have done for myself. I have tried many retreats, spas and
holistic approach to living. This intensive retreat lead by myra
was the most effective. Returning home I have continued a
healthy routine. This is a gentle and loving way to detox and
reflect on my life. The healing process is still clearing out
the unnecessary. I can't wait to continue working with myra (at
the next intensive). Mahalo!"
" The premise for my commitment to the retreat and the
resulting "success" for me is based on this: I trust Myra. Myra
is the real deal. This is what makes a successful and beloved
teacher. Trust. Being the real deal. One of my favorite quotes
is from Gandhi. When asked to share something inspirational
about his life, in his very Gandhi way, Gandhi wrote on a slip
of paper, "My life is my message." For me, I observe that Myra
practices yoga on the mat and off the mat in all of her affairs.
My questions to Myra continued beyond retreat and she was and
continues to be accessible and supportive. Journey on!"
